The online store of the Ximawear clothing brand

The numbers that mattered to the client — not the ones that look good.
Agreed with the client before anything was drawn.
Everything that was handed over at the end.
In clothing, size and colour are the whole decision. Ximawear's catalogue carries every style in several colours and several sizes, and showing them as separate products was confusing the stockroom and the buyer alike.
A multi-variant product model: each style has one page, colour and size are chosen on that page, and stock is held independently for every combination.
Changing the colour changes the photograph. The size guide is not a file to download but a table that opens on the page itself.

The things this product does now that it could not do before.
Every style has one page; stock for each combination is held and shown separately.
Picking a colour changes the product photograph, so the choice is not made by guesswork.
The size table opens on the page itself — the single most common cause of a return.
The return terms were written where the buyer is thinking about them, at the moment of the decision.
The route the work actually took, with the time each stage needed.
A review of the styles, and arriving at one product model that all of them fit into.
The shop window, the product page and the size guide.
Store setup, multi-variant stock, payment and loading the catalogue.
Training the team and watching the first two weeks.
The tools this project stands on, and still runs on today.
The Ximawear team grows the catalogue itself, and the multi-variant product model is the one we handed over.
