Our story Since 2019

Seven years, one continuous line

Niasa started as a small web design team and became a studio that takes a digital product from design through to launch. This line is that road.

Niasa started with a small team and one simple decision: instead of selling ready-made templates, design each business a site that is genuinely its own. The first orders were corporate sites.

As online retail grew, we built our own commerce foundation so shop projects could start from a shared, proven base rather than from nothing.

Projects moved past brochure pages into systems: user panels, authentication, payments and live data. The backend desk was formed here.

We delivered our first projects outside Iran. Working with non-Persian-speaking clients turned English documentation and a full code handover into standing studio practice.

A design system, not loose pages
Design moved from a handful of separate screens to a system in Figma: tokens, components, states. From this year on, nothing is coded that has not been seen and approved first.

We retired the marketing services so the studio's whole capacity goes into design and engineering. Making the service list smaller was the biggest quality decision of these seven years.

How we work Our principles

Six rules we don't bend

These are not slogans; they are how the studio runs day to day. Each one has an other side: the thing we refuse to do precisely because of it.

A good product is never an accident. It is the result of decisions taken before the project starts.

The Niasa team

One craft, all the way
Niasa only designs and builds digital products. We keep the service list deliberately short so that in those few things, we are the best option you have.
So we won't do this Taking a project outside our craft because the budget is good.
Design before code
Every screen is designed in Figma and signed off with you first. Nothing is coded that you have not seen and approved — changing a drawing is cheap, changing a built product is not.
So we won't do this Starting to code on a brief that says "use your own judgement".
The schedule is in writing
Before you pay anything you know what you get and on what date. Throughout the project you have a live preview link and a weekly progress report.
So we won't do this Answering "it'll be ready soon" instead of giving a date.
Speed is part of the design
Performance, technical SEO, responsiveness and accessibility are designed in from day one. They are not line items added to the invoice later.
So we won't do this Selling "speed optimisation" as a separate service.
You own all of it
At the end of the project the code, the design files, the documentation and every access credential are handed over in your name. Nothing stays with us.
So we won't do this Locking a client into a panel or a server whose keys we hold.
It doesn't end at handover
Support starts on launch day, not when the contract closes. Monitoring, updates and round-the-clock response are part of that same contract.
So we won't do this Handing over the files and going quiet until the next invoice.

Four things that go into the contract

These are not advertising lines; they are clauses, signed before we take a first payment.

01A delivery date, not “soon”Every milestone has a date in the contract. If we are late, a late fee is calculated in your favour.
02Revisions until you sign off the designWe do not start coding until you approve the design; two full revision rounds are in every contract.
03The code, the design and the keys are yoursThe repository, the Figma file, the server and the domain are registered in your name. You are not tied to us to carry on.
04Support with a stated response timeDaily backups, monitoring and a defined response time per severity level — not “when we get to it”.
