The online identity of an advertising agency, rebuilt

The numbers that mattered to the client — not the ones that look good.
Agreed with the client before anything was drawn.
Everything that was handed over at the end.
An agency whose business is building brand images had a website that did not show its own work: the portfolio was poured into one long page, and a corporate visitor had no route to "what will you do for me".
The site was restructured around two audiences — the corporate client and the job seeker — and the portfolio went from a list to individual case files. Every service got a page of its own so it could also be found in search.
Firm typography and generous white space, so the work on show stays the loudest thing on the page. The project card looks the same everywhere on the site.

The things this product does now that it could not do before.
Every project has its own page — one you can send to a client and one search can find.
The services moved from a single list to separate pages, so each one can find its own audience.
Adding a project, a service or a team member is work the agency does itself.
Layout and type size were set for the small screen first, which is where most of the traffic came from.
The route the work actually took, with the time each stage needed.
Conversations with the agency team, and a restructure of the site around its two main audiences.
The design system first, then the home, service and project pages.
Building the site, the content panel, and migrating the existing portfolio.
Training the team, a final review, and two weeks of monitoring.
The tools this project stands on, and still runs on today.
The agency's own team publishes new work now, and the page structure is still the one we handed over.
A short call, free and without obligation: we listen to what you need, then tell you how long it takes and what it costs.
