Goals
Agreed with the client before anything was drawn.
- 01The brand sells online directly, with no middleman and no phone call.
- 02The buyer sees stock and price at that moment.
- 03The sales team keeps the catalogue itself.

An online store for the Lazzaro brand

The numbers that mattered to the client — not the ones that look good.
Agreed with the client before anything was drawn.
Everything that was handed over at the end.
The brand sold in person and wanted to sell online without losing the feel of its own shop window. Launching a store was not the whole problem; the catalogue had to be arranged so a buyer never lost the thread of the purchase.
A store with categories built around how customers actually shop, a photo-led product page and a short checkout. Stock and prices went into the sales team's own hands.
The product card was cut back to the few things a purchase decision rests on: photo, name, price and stock. Everything else moved to the product page.

The things this product does now that it could not do before.
The product page was built around the photograph, and the brand's repeated boilerplate was cleared out of the way.
The payment steps were cut to the minimum, and nothing already given is asked for twice.
Placed, packed and shipped each send their own text message.
Adding a product and changing a price or a stock level is work the sales team does itself.
The route the work actually took, with the time each stage needed.
One session with the sales team, and a walk through how a customer buys in the shop.
The shop window, the product card and the product page.
Store setup, payment gateway, SMS and loading the catalogue.
Training the sales team and watching the first week.
The tools this project stands on, and still runs on today.
The brand runs the store itself, and we come back only for technical updates.
A short call, free and without obligation: we listen to what you need, then tell you how long it takes and what it costs.
