In a city like Birjand, getting an appointment meant phoning or going to the clinic in person. The platform had to bring finding a doctor by speciality and city, booking, and side services such as lab requests into one place.
Doctor search by name, speciality and city sits right on the home page. More than twenty specialities — from internal medicine and paediatrics to psychiatry and laboratory — each have their own page, and every doctor's profile leads to booking. Lab test requests without a visit, and treatment packages, were added to the service.
Teal and yellow, bright and friendly; the search form is the largest thing on the page and specialities are grouped with simple icons, so a patient finds their way without medical vocabulary.
