The services website of an online advertising agency

The numbers that mattered to the client — not the ones that look good.
Agreed with the client before anything was drawn.
Everything that was handed over at the end.
Advertising services are opaque to a new client: the difference between campaigns, the pricing model and what actually gets delivered are all unclear. The old site explained them all on one page.
Every service got an independent page with the same structure: who it is for, what you get, how long it takes, what it starts at. The consultation request sits on that page too.
The "what you get" block sits in the same place and the same shape on every page, so services can be compared without anyone having to line the copy up themselves.

The things this product does now that it could not do before.
Every service has its own address, its own content and its own form, and is found independently in search.
Every service page follows the same order, so comparing them takes no effort.
The form knows which page it came from; the sales team already has the context of the enquiry.
Every service has a defined place for work and results, rather than a general claim.
The route the work actually took, with the time each stage needed.
Conversations with the sales team about the questions that came up on every first call.
Restructuring the services and designing a fixed template for the service page.
Building the site and the forms, and loading the service content.
Training the team, a final review and two weeks of monitoring.
The tools this project stands on, and still runs on today.
The service page pattern is still in place, and new services are added on that same template.
A short call, free and without obligation: we listen to what you need, then tell you how long it takes and what it costs.
