The website and online course sales of a training institute

The numbers that mattered to the client — not the ones that look good.
Agreed with the client before anything was drawn.
Everything that was handed over at the end.
The institute sold in-person and online courses side by side, but the site showed both the same way. An applicant did not find out where or how a course would run until the payment step.
The mode of delivery became a first-class attribute: in the listing, in the filters and at the top of the course page. Enrolment and payment went online as well.
The course page opens with one fixed block: delivery mode, dates, length, teacher and price. The syllabus comes below it, not above.

The things this product does now that it could not do before.
Whether a course is in person or online is written in the listing, in the filters and at the top of the course page.
Enrolment and payment in one path, confirmed by text to the applicant and the teaching team.
The session-by-session plan and the teacher's profile on the page itself, with no separate file.
The teaching team sees each course's participant list and capacity from a single screen.
The route the work actually took, with the time each stage needed.
A review of the course catalogue and the questions that came up before every enrolment.
The catalogue, the filters and the course page with its fixed block of details.
Online course sales, the admin panel and loading the catalogue.
Training the team and watching the first online enrolments.
The tools this project stands on, and still runs on today.
The teaching team publishes new courses itself, and online sales run on the original structure.
