The website and enrolment system for a training academy

The numbers that mattered to the client — not the ones that look good.
Agreed with the client before anything was drawn.
Everything that was handed over at the end.
The academy sold its courses through a form and a phone call. Every enrolment meant a manual follow-up, and nowhere was it clear how many seats a course had left.
A course catalogue carrying capacity, start date and syllabus, with enrolment and payment online. The admin panel shows each course's capacity and its list of participants.
The course page was arranged around the three questions every applicant asks: what will I learn, when does it run, what does it cost. The syllabus folds away so the page stays short.

The things this product does now that it could not do before.
Start date, course length and remaining seats, right on the course card.
Enrolment and payment in one path, confirmed by text to the applicant and to the teaching team.
The session-by-session plan opens on the page itself, with no file to download.
The teaching team runs the capacity, price and status of every course from a single screen.
The route the work actually took, with the time each stage needed.
A walk through the current enrolment path and the work the teaching team was doing by hand each day.
The catalogue, the course page and the enrolment path, with a prototype for the payment step.
The course system, enrolment, payment and the admin panel.
Migrating the existing courses, training the team and watching the first enrolments.
The tools this project stands on, and still runs on today.
The teaching team defines and publishes new courses itself, and enrolment is online from day one.
A short call, free and without obligation: we listen to what you need, then tell you how long it takes and what it costs.
