01Challenge
Someone applying to study abroad arrives with one question — "which route is open to me?" — and the old site answered with a list of services. The result was long phone calls and the same consultation over and over.
02Solution
The services were split into routes by destination and degree level, and each route got a page of its own: requirements, documents, rough timeline and cost. A free assessment form sits at the end of every route.
03Design
Every route page has the same fixed structure, so an applicant knows where to look for what. The documents table comes above the introductory prose.
