Among the most important measures of an online store are speed, a sound user interface, and a complete set of capabilities suited to the business. The Niasa development team built a bespoke CMS for the Pama store, designing and implementing its capabilities after establishing what users actually needed. Ease of buying and straightforward customer support were among the most important considerations in this project, and dedicated pages were built to present Pama's varied products across its different categories.

Pama was a well-known high-street brand with no online shop window at all. Sales happened by phone and on Instagram, and every order meant a separate conversation about size, colour and stock.
A store that loads fast and represents shoe sizing properly: every colour has its own size table, and the stock for each size is visible right on the product page.
The product photograph is the hero of the page and everything else steps aside. The size guide became a readable table on the page itself rather than a file to download — the very thing that generated the most phone calls.

The product page was built around the photograph and the brand's repeated boilerplate was cleared away, so a purchase is no more than one scroll.

The checkout steps were cut to the minimum, and the buyer is not asked twice for anything they have already given.
Placed, packed and shipped each send their own text message — the thing that cut the daily chasing.
Adding a product, changing a price and updating stock is work the sales team does itself.
