AsaChange sold quick conversions, but its site looked like a professional trading floor full of charts. A user who only wanted to convert an amount got lost among tools that were no use to them.
The whole landing page was arranged around one job: converting. The conversion calculator, the live rate and a plainly stated fee sat at the top of the page, and the professional tools moved to a path of their own.
Price and fee were brought together in one block so that no number changes after confirmation. The corporate pages and the trading screen share a visual language, so the user never feels they have crossed into a different site.

You type an amount and see the equivalent, the fee and the final total at that moment; no number changes after confirmation.
The rate locks for a few seconds at the moment of confirmation, with its countdown on screen — the very thing that generated the most complaints.
The fee is written separately and as a figure, not as a percentage hidden inside the rate.
Every order carries its status, its time and a shareable receipt; following one up takes no call to support.
The limits are stated, and each tier says which document it takes to reach it.
The corporate pages and the trading environment share one design system; moving between them has no jolt.
